About Regulator Training
The mission of the New York State Office of Children and
Family Services, Bureau of Early Childhood Services, is

SUNY Regulator Training Program supports this mission by
providing instruction on a variety of topics relevant to
the work child day care regulatory staff:

day care licensors and registrars
- New
York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC

their skills for monitoring regulatory compliance by, and
offering effective technical assistance to, child day care

offered via live classroom courses and iLinc computer-based
